The menu has a great selection Raciones, small dishes that are meant to be shared. Raciones are popular not only for their taste, but also for the two-for-one pricing on Thursdays and Sundays, and on these days it's advisable to arrive before the lunch and dinner rushes, because the local reaches capacity quickly and you'll find yourself standing and eating. There are a few stand-out items that seem to be on everyone's order slips, and not without good reason:
- Lágrimas de faisán - Literally: Teardrops of Pheasant, actually: delicious, breaded morsels of pheasant with an addictive dipping sauce.
- Croquetas de jamón - Ham croquettes: bite-sized croquettes breaded with ham filling inside.
- Jamón ibérico - Probably the most ubiquitous Spanish dish of all, freshly-sliced cured ham right off the leg.
